The artist retains the copyright to all images on this website for 70 years beyond her life.
The artist reserves the right to use digitally recorded images of purchased artwork for any purpose of its choosing, including, but not limited to, the purposes of advertising and making reproductions based on such images for financial gain.
Deductions from commissioned works are only made available with the consent of the buyer.
Although every effort is made to ensure that the digital images shown on the website are an accurate representation of the original painting, there may be slight differences in color due to the lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken and also due to the settings of the screen on which the photo is displayed give.
Minor imperfections are considered intrinsic characteristics of the work of art and do not constitute a material deviation.
Every user can register for the newsletter using the forms available on the JuliaBadow.com website.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by either clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link included in every newsletter, or by sending me an email directly with the subject UNSUBSCRIBE.
